چکیده
Denemenin birinci yılında çıkış süresi 10.15-37.15 gün, çiçeklenme 35.60-71.20 bakla bağlama 53.65-84.85 klorofil miktarı (spad) 25.21-43.86, bitki boyu 22.49-73.60 cm, uzunluğu 6.75-14.35 baklada tane sayısı 1.95-5.85 adet, verimi 11.79-57.35 g hasat indeksi %24.36-66.34 değişim göstermiştir. ikinci ise 10.75-33.95 31.80-84.60 60.55-92.55 27.29-47.25, 30.01-173.9 5.85-12.60 2.56-6.86 5.58-68.34 %13.11-71.46 yer almıştır.Genel Yorum: ISP5, ISP13, ISP18, ISP19, ISP21, ISP22, ISP23, ISP31, ISP32, ISP34, ISP35, ISP72, ISP98, BUR14, BUR20, BUR21, ESK3, KON5, MAN1, DEN2, KON16 KON17 sayısı, çeşitlerinden yüksek performans gösterdiği belirlenmiştir.Çalışmanın Önemi Etkisi: daha üstün ümitvar genotiplerin sonucuna varılmıştır.

متن کاملGenotypes of the Common Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Lacking the Nodule-Enhanced Isoform of Glutamine Synthetase.
Glutamine synthetase (GS) is an octameric enzyme. The nodule cytosol of the common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) has two major types of GS subunit polypeptides ([beta] and [gamma]). As a result, nine different isozymes containing varied proportions of [beta] and [gamma] can be generated. The isozymes are resolvable by native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Staining the gel for GS activity re...
متن کاملInfluence of atmospheric vapour pressure deficit on ozone responses of snap bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) genotypes
Environmental conditions influence plant responses to ozone (O(3)), but few studies have evaluated individual factors directly. In this study, the effect of O(3) at high and low atmospheric vapour pressure deficit (VPD) was evaluated in two genotypes of snap bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) (R123 and S156) used as O(3) bioindicator plants. Plants were grown in outdoor controlled-environment chamber...
متن کاملIron and zinc absorption from two bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) genotypes in young women.
Extrinsic and intrinsic iron and zinc labels were used to test iron and zinc absorption from two bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) genotypes, containing normal (common beans, CB) or higher (HFeZnB) iron and zinc concentrations, fed in single meals to young women with low iron reserves. The women were divided into two groups, with one receiving a CB test meal (n = 12) and the other, an HFeZnB test meal ...
